6 Habits That are Killing Your Energy, And How to Fix Them

We all have those days when we feel lethargic and don’t have much energy to spend, but then there are days where you just feel tired everyday for no reason, here are some habits you need to change to get back to your previous energetic self!

1. A bad sleep routine
