In what comes as a surprise to many Chelsea fans, their latest big money striker signing Romelu Lukaku was seen taking a dig at his current manager and his current team Chelsea.

In a new interview with Sky Sports Italy, Romelu Lukaku revealed that he has been frustrated by the lack of clean time that he has been getting this season and the things are not going in the right direction as well.
Lukaku openly admitted that he is not happy with the current situation at the club and he also wished his desire for a move back to his old club in Italy, Inter Milan.
Physically I’m doing great. I’m just not very happy with the situation, but that’s normal. I think the boss has decided to play a different formation but I have to stick at it and get on with it professionally.
I’m not happy with the situation but it’s my job and I mustn’t give up.

He openly admitted his frustration then also blame the manager for playing different system that does not suit and need him which ultimately contributes to his lack of playing time and his lack of goals.
What’s even worse is, he openly admitted that he want to go back to Italy to his old club Inter Milan and that he would want to do it sooner rather than later!

Lukaku was a celebrated figure back in Milan, a fan favourite as well while he was in his best form of his life scoring goals for the black and blue club, before his 97.5 million pounds move to Chelsea.
Lukaku left Inter Milan fans wishing for more and chased a move back to the Premier League where he used to play previously for Everton.
I want to really apologise to the Inter fans because I don’t think I should have left Inter the way I did. I should have spoken to you guys first, especially after everything you did for me, for my family, my mum, my son. I’ll never forget that.
I hope from the bottom of my heart to go back to Inter and not at the end of my career but when I’m still at a good enough level to win more trophies.

What came as a shock to the Chelsea fans was the comment, “While I’m still at a good enough level to win more trophies,” that Lukaku made it clear that he would make the switch back to his Italian club if given the chance during the January transfer window as well.

Lukaku continued reminiscing about his older teammate Lautaro Martinez and said he wanted to play with him again, but not at Chelsea.
“I miss Lautaro Martinez, I could die on the pitch for him since day one I met him”.
“Lautaro Martinez coming here with me at Chelsea in the future? No… Lautaro, you can stay in Milan, I’ll be back there (laughs)”.
Lukaku to sky sports
Lukaku to Sky: “There are 3 teams at top level: Barcelona, Real, Bayern. All the players dream of them, that’s the truth. I thought I was going to one of those clubs after Inter”.
“This didn’t happened and I said: there is only one club where I can imagine myself, it’s Chelsea”.

Chelsea fans were seen outraged on social media calling out Lukaku for making the disputes behind the club public, having Chelsea as his fifth preference and disregarding Chelsea in a heartbeat.
