As we all know, the pandemic has been a significant obstacle in the entertainment industry. Despite their best efforts, the moviemakers in Hollywood are forced to delay the release of their movies, even several times. One of many movies that got delayed again is Venom: Let There Be Carnage.
The movie starring Tom Hardy and Woody Harrelson has been delayed several times already. The movie was set to be released on September 24th. However, it is announced to be released on October 15th.

The delay of the Venom sequel release is due to the increasing delta variant COVID-19 cases in the US. The surge of delta variant COVID-19 case led to decreasing number of movie theaters’ visitors and so has caused the movie theater business to suffer.
Venom: Let There Be Carnage is not the only movie that got delayed because of this. Several other big and highly anticipated movies, such as F9: The Fast Saga and Space Jam: A New Legacy have also been delayed.
